Authors

Surveys, tutorials, and new results in the broader range of Information and Coding Theory are welcome. The papers will be presented for a plenary audience of experts outside your expertise. The Program Cie. will select the submitted papers or long abstracts for its suitability to be of interest to a broader audience. Accepted papers will be published in the AEW11 Proceedings (ISBN), which will be published in Arxiv and Researchgate.

 

Important Dates

Deadline paper (long abstract or full paper) submission: May 24. Papers/abstracts should be sent to Han Vinck (email: han.vinck@uni-due.de).

Deadline acceptance of papers for plenary presentation and inclusion in Workshop Proceedings: June 1,

Deadline Thon Hotel reservations: June 3.

 

Travel

Traveling to Rotterdam via Amsterdam Schiphol

After arriving, take the train to Rotterdam Central, running every 15 minutes. The ride takes around 45 mins. Tickets can be bought via a ticket machine or beforehand via internet and creditcard, see Train tickets

 

After arriving take the tram (ticket can be bought in the tram), line 7, at South-East side of the station to Willemsplein, which terminates, after around 10 mins, in front of the workshop Thon Hotel.

 

Traveling from Rotterdam to Paris by train

There are frequent fast trains, Thalys, from Amsterdam Schiphol, Rotterdam to Paris.  For Thalys train reservations must be made. See railway time table here.

 

Venue

We selected the spectacular clubhouse of the Royal Maas Yacht Club as the venue of our Workshop. It is 250 meters from the Thon Hotel. Dress code: tenue de ville.

 

Hotel

We reserved a small block of rooms at the Thon Hotel. Please note that July is a holiday month in Europe so that early reservation is recommended, use keyword AEW11. Deadline hotel reservations: June 3.
